Review, update, and sync the description field on a transaction in Uncat
You can review descriptions added by your clients in order to categorize the transactions. You can also update transactions if you have additional information. Descriptions in Uncat sync to the description field on the corresponding transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Hi there. This is a quick video about how to review, edit, and update the description field on transactions in Uncat.
So as an accountant, you'll see the dashboard. You'll see these top two expenses from Amazon have been updated by the client with a description.
If you have additional details to add. So for example, it's books and software for the sales team, and you might add, and the marketing team or an R and D or engineering team, you can add that here.
If you have information about any other transaction, like the staples transaction, if you know what it was for, and you don't need or want to wait for the client to respond, you can type in a description here.
And then when you're done updating descriptions and reviewing them, simply click save updates, and those descriptions will sink in to the accounting software in this case, QuickBooks online.
And that way it's on both sides and it's locked into the general ledger. All right. Easy. Thanks for watching.
