Send a message to your client about a transaction from the Uncat dashboard
You and your client can send messages and questions to each other about uncategorized transactions from the Uncat dashboard.

Hi there. This is a quick video showing you how to send and receive messages about specific transactions with your client.
So let's say we're looking at our dashboard here and we see this expense at staples, but we have a question or a comment for the client about it.
Simply click this communication icon, and it's going to pop up the ability to write a note to the client. So you might say did you use the staples rewards card for this transaction or let's make sure to apply our points next time, or if the transaction was substantially larger than this one is this is just for 50 or so dollars, but if it was for 500 or 5,000, we might put a note in here that says, please make sure to attach a receipt for this expense to make sure that it's audit proof or to make sure we have a full line item description of what you bought at staples.
So it's easy to send notes. Your client will receive these on their dashboard. They can also write notes, comments, questions back to you so that you can have a dialogue about this transaction and make sure you get to the bottom of it easy.
