About Financial Cents

Financial Cents is an accounting practice management software designed to assist accounting professionals—CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers—manage and scale their practice. Founded in 2018, Financial Cents helps you automate data collection and recurring tasks/projects, smoothly collaborate with your staff, and manage tasks and projects in a centralized location to streamline your organization’s workflows and save your time.

Financial Cents saw two main challenges inhibiting productivity and collaboration: visibility and organization. To resolve this, Financial Cents provides you with a dashboard to track all projects and tasks all in one view. You can track the status of client work and deadlines and filter tasks for granular visibility (viewing work by due date, client, status, team member)—which increases your visibility and productivity. Additionally, Financial Cents organizes and attaches all information related to a specific project on the project. You can see information related to work tasks and what needs to be done, leave comments and communicate with staff or clients, share documents, pin client emails, access client information, and more.
