Updating settings as a client and managing client coworkers in Uncat

As a client administrator of Uncat, you can add and manage coworkers, and you can update your user settings. For example, you may want to add your mobile phone number to get text message reminders with your Magic Link from Uncat.

Hi there. This is a quick video showing what you'll see as a client. If you click settings at the top of Uncat.
So you'll see information about your accountant. You'll see coworkers. So a list of people that you or your accountant have invited to Uncat, and you'll see their email optionally, their phone number, which you can add here.
If you want them to receive text message notifications about uncategorized transactions. And that will include a magic link that they can click through on and update transactions, right from their phone their status, whether they're invited or whether they've joined, which is to say clicked into uncapped.
You can assign them to specific payment accounts. So if you click in here and you want to assign them, let's say to a specific credit card that they have.
You can do that here. You can also assign them to particular uncategorized accounts. So you could say this is a person who just has information about uncategorized income, like deposits or just uncategorized expenses, or you can leave it blank and they'll see transactions from any uncategorized account.
You can click notify now to send them an immediate notification that says, Hey, click here to go into Uncat and update your transactions.
And you can certainly remove users as you need to. And then lastly, you'll see your user settings. So your email, you can put it in your phone number.
If you want to receive text message notifications of uncategorized transactions, you can put your name and you can set a password.
If you want to. It's totally optional. We'll always send you a magic link when we're reminding you about transactions on your dashboard, but you can also create a password here.
If you want. If you are a client coworker and you click on settings, you will just see this section about user settings.
You won't see information about other coworkers or your accountant, unless you're an administrator and you can set administrator privileges. So thanks a lot for watching.
