Hi there. This is a quick video showing you how, as a client, you can ask a question or send a comment to your counter bookkeeper, or you can see what questions or comments they have for you on a particular transaction.
So here we can see a list of transactions and Uncat, and you'll see a little chat icon. That's got a number next to it, and that's indicating there's a conversation about this transaction.
It will light up when there's a new message to read. In this case, we we've read the message before, but let's check it out.
So the accountant might say, is this the item you sold at auction? And we, as the client could reply, no, this was a local sale from a customer in store.
And that helps to clarify the origin of this transaction. That's a PayPal as the source of the uncategorized income. So anytime you have a question about a transaction or a comment about it, like, Hey, I just can't find the receipt for this one.
How do we get a receipt from this vendor? You can send that through to your accountant or bookkeeper. Similarly, they might post a comment or question like this is a big transaction.
We have to have a receipt, or I'm confused about who was at this meal and what was the purpose for it?
That way it can get coded appropriately for tax purposes. So that's it super easy to ask questions and submit comments to your accounting, professional and Uncat.
