Hi there. This is a quick video about how, as an accountant, you can view and review and upload attachments to transactions in Uncat.
So here's a list of transactions here. We can see this bright red number one, and that's indicating that there is an attachment on this transaction.
In this case, a receipt that's been uploaded by the client. So we can come here. We can click to open and review this PDF receipt.
At the same time, if we had information about this transaction or any other transactions for that matter, we can open up this docs button and we can attach files.
So typically those receipts, but for uncategorized income, it might be a PO or a contract or some other documentation that you want to make sure it gets into your accounting platform.
So you can drag and drop files here. You can click to choose files from your computer. If you're on your mobile device, you also be able to upload photos and files from your camera roll.
So from an iPhone or an Android, so super easy these attachments will sink in to QuickBooks online. They will be on the transaction itself under the attachments field.
